Crumbed Prawns

Yaapp.. you'd proli be drooling by now - so why not make it yourself?

500 g prawns, shelled
2 tblspoon plain flour
1 egg beaten + add 1 tspoon of chicken stock
bread crumbs

  • dip prawns in plain flour
  • then in egg mixture
  • then in bread crumbs
  • fry until golden brown
